The Winds Of Change
By Mark Flippo
Has anyone noticed the Spirit of God descending upon us with the wind of change. Throughout the years people have met in different places. At first their homes, then Brush Arbors, then larger groups with bigger building dedicated for that purpose. In just the last few years they have started meeting in small cell groups. We seem to be slowly going back to the small close knit groups. Not all of the ministry is being done behind the pulpit! Someone asking a question about the Bible is less intimidated in a small group. Our church family is becoming a smaller nucleus. We must be willing to follow His changes to continue being effective! There is so much mistrust in the world today. Many have lost confidence in organized religion! Greedy men self absorbed in their own way of getting glory from man. Little foxes in the vineyard of the LORD! I am willing to try out small groups from time to time. It is good to test the waters. Everyone has something to give and in a small group they may be more comfortable sharing themselves!
