The Money Tunnel!
By Mark Flippo
Don't fall in because you may never get out! If you don't understand let me explain.
1 Timothy 6:10-For the love of money is the root of all evil: which while some coveted after, they have erred from the faith, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows.
It does not say that money is evil. It says the love of money is evil! Many a soul has fallen into the pit of working all the time just to keep up with all you have. Consider the possibility that you need to pray about working so much and let God open your eyes to the time you will never get back! I worked seven days a week to help pay bills. I wanted my kids to have more than I did! It seems that was a mistake. I took care of the bills but lost one kid in the process!
He has not spoken to either of us in many years. Maybe if I had spent more time with him than working to provide for his needs he would still talk to us. How many can identify with this? Maybe a father or mother has worked so hard to provide for them that you missed out on part of their growing up. I know of others. They have become older and now see the Truth they missed for so many years! Ask God for balance in your life. Don't miss out on your children's life!
