The Lions Den?
By Mark Flippo
Daniel 6:16
Then the king commanded, and they brought Daniel, and cast him into the den of lions. Now the king spake and said unto Daniel, Thy God whom thou servest continually, he will deliver thee.
Daniel 6:24
And the king commanded, and they brought those men which had accused Daniel, and they into the den of lions, them, their children, and their wives; and the lions had the mastery of them, and brake all their bones in pieces or ever they came at the bottom of the den.
Have you ever felt like you have been thrown into the Lion's den? Thrown under a bus? Hung out to dry? Work can be very cutthroat! Any Amen's out there? You have to tread softly no matter what you are thinking, you have to ask for God's help in changing your thinking before you get called on the carpet. I have had to pray and ask God to adjust my attitude! I needed His help in how I talked to the people that were in control. Even if you have no respect for the person, do your best to respect the office that person holds at this time. God has control over everything around you. Learn that! It is the absolute Truth! First remember that and let Him process your problem. Rest and let Him take care of things in His time!
