So Young!
By Mark Flippo
A girl who spent four hours smoking super-strength skunk cannabis had to be rescued when she climbed a 40ft electricity pylon after hallucinating that it was a bridge. Horrified locals spotted the 21-year-old girl – from Zlin, Czech Republic – apparently trying to cross a river and dialed emergency services. Police spokesman Jan Macalikova said: “It was a nightmare because she was very much under the influence of drugs and wasn't in her right mind!
What we do to ourselves is tragic! How many die each year because of what they have done to their bodies? It doesn't matter if it is drugs, alcohol, or overeating, we are killing ourselves needlessly. So many have lost a family member who did not need to die. My sister died in her mid thirties after smoking three packs of cigarettes a day. She left behind two children that suffered terribly without her. My parents raised them through the teenage years. It was rough for them. I know of a lot of grandparents that have or are raising their grandchildren. My heart goes out to each one of you. Not matter the circumstance it is difficult! Parents and Grandparents you need to be in prayer everyday. What you do and do not do affects so many! Please be mindful of what you do. Do not create a hardship for others that you can prevent!
