It Did Fall

Joshua Chapter 6
3-And ye shall compass the city, all ye men of war, and go round about the city once. Thus shalt thou do six days.
4-And seven priests shall bear before the ark seven trumpets of rams' horns: and the seventh day ye shall compass the city seven times, and the priests shall blow with the trumpets.
5-And it shall come to pass, that when they make a long blast with the ram's horn, and when ye hear the sound of the trumpet, all the people shall shout with a great shout; and the wall of the city shall fall down flat, and the people shall ascend up every man straight before him.
The Holy Bible informs us that “Abel was a keeper of sheep, but Cain was a tiller of the ground.” (Gen. 4:2) Cain’s son Enoch had built a city (Gen. 4;17). Tubal Cain, the eighth generation from Cain was “an instructor of every craftsman in bronze and iron.” (Gen. 5:22) Canaan is the grandson of Noah (Gen. 10:6). He and his descendants settled down in the land of Canaan and built the ancient city of Jericho (Gen. 10:19). The city covered about ten acres.
This city had to fall. It was from the descendants of Cain! His seed was cursed. Israel followed God's directions and conquered their first city! It was left alone as an offering to God. God himself purged it with fire. Never take from God what belongs to Him.
