Just A Touch!
By Mark Flippo
Matthew Chapter 9
21-For she said within herself, If I may but touch his garment, I shall be whole.
22-But Jesus turned him about, and when he saw her, he said, Daughter, be of good comfort; thy faith hath made thee whole. And the woman was made whole from that hour.
She said if I can but touch the hem of His garment. He knew her thoughts and saw her Faith! It does not say that she touched His hem. Her Faith made her whole. He has shown us that our Faith alone will bring a permanent healing! She had simple belief. She did not complicate it. At times we think we must do this or that to get God's attention. That is not true. People that just get saved can be healed sometimes quicker than older saints. They just simply believe. Perhaps we need to have that inner child restored in us. Become a little child and just believe what they are told. He is in control of everything! Let's believe together for all of us to put aside our notions and just be a child with our Father, sitting close to Him while He strokes our head and asks us what do we want. It is His pleasure to supply our needs when we approach Him with the right attitude!
